Built for the transportation industry, Ditat TMS streamlines dispatching, driver management, billing, settlements, and compliance — enabling businesses to run more efficiently and with greater visibility across their fleet. At its core, Ditat TMS provides a powerful Dispatch Board that gives users full control over current trips. The board is highly customizable, allowing dispatchers to filter and group trips by their preferred criteria, show or hide columns, and tailor the view to their specific workflow. The system supports auto-dispatch profiles, which automatically accept pending check calls based on configurable rules — such as GPS location matching, time proximity to scheduled arrivals, and driver-reported status — reducing manual intervention and improving operational accuracy. Ditat TMS includes a built-in messaging system that allows all users — including those on mobile devices — to communicate securely within the platform. Messages are stored in the Ditat TMS database and are not routed through third-party servers, ensuring data privacy. Mobile Dispatch users can also send picture attachments, and the system delivers push notifications to mobile devices within seconds of a new message being received. The platform features a Rate & Pay module that handles driver settlements, pay plans, fuel surcharge tables, advances, and deduction types. Dispatchers can process driver payments for completed trips, apply deductions, and manage Comdata advances — all within the same system. It's easy to manage and monitor things that must be on top. **What do you dislike about Ditat?** I would say that they need to add more tools that can be integrated into TMS, it will help users to customize it for their needs. But in general, it is a really good TMS. **What problems is Ditat solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a carrier sales I got tones of loads each day, and DItat helps me to organize it in the correct way. I can track my shipments and be sure that I didn't lose anything important. ### 3.
