**What do you like best about Distro?**

Very ease of access with payments. Recruiters are very helpful matches the best company for you.

**What do you dislike about Distro?**

Clarity on the charges like other platforms like upwork. I dont really know how much my services cost and how much is the fee for distro. Its a bit vague.

**What problems is Distro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distro bridges the gap between international employers and remote talents. I am from Nepal and working full time job in an American company. Thanks to distro.

Distro's vetting and interview process for hiring talent was quick and seamless. Distro has also helped us navigate the challenges of managing remote teams

**What do you dislike about Distro?**

Hiring remote is also a challenge, but Distro is undoubtedly on a mission to make that better

**What problems is Distro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding and hiring domestic engineers is expensive and challenging. Remote work is the future and Distro makes that easy to achieve.
