What do you like best?
Very easy to setup and distribute any object within salesforce. You can start with basic lead routing and move forward to complex case routing, accounts, SOQL queries, there are really not limits when it comes to DE. We have standardized this app for all functional business units @ Shutterstock, once we deploy a new group we set them up with DE, historical BUs get this app as well.
What do you dislike?
There is not too much we don't like about DE, the team is small and growing but that is the nature of a startup so not really much they can do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a lead routing, case routing... any sort of automatic routing problems, look no further!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We route leads, contacts, opportunities, accounts, cases mostly by language and skill. We have freed up hundreds of hours for our customer service lead team by implementing this app in our salesforce instance. We have also improved our email response time to our customers significantly, so while internally there was a great benefit, it was our customers our support channels who saw the true benefit of the app.
