Dissome is a voice-first AI employee for medical practices. It works entirely over the phone, so there is no app to download, no dashboard to learn and no hardware to install. Answering Service: Dissome picks up every call to your practice, 24/7. It recognizes returning callers, answers approved questions, takes messages, transfers and routes calls by department or staff name, books appointments into real availability, sends SMS/MMS confirmations, collects intake forms and surveys, and writes a transcript and summary for every call. Full Service Agent: your providers and staff call Dissome. After a visit, a provider can dictate a SOAP note from the hallway or the car. Dissome turns it into a structured note with AI-suggested billing codes, runs a sign-off workflow and exports FHIR R4 or CCDA to your EHR. Staff can also review the schedule, retrieve records, send information by email, manage tasks and start outbound AI follow-up calls. Most tools pick one lane, either answering or dictation. Dissome does both under one number. It runs on HIPAA-ready infrastructure with a BAA available on the Full Service Agent plan, and setup takes minutes: port your number, configure the agent, and it starts taking calls.
