There are many services that the company offers, and the departments appear to be well-connected with one another that they can share with me how the other services could benefit the company. However, there is absolutely no pressure to use them for any other services. They are entirely pressure-free and respectful. The company has earned its stellar reputation. The only potential drawback is that when working with any agency, you are not getting the same level of support that you would from a full-time dedicated employee, but that is to be expected. Because our account was small, they assigned an inexperienced account manager to us. He didn't touch anything and for weeks we kept pushing for actual changes made to the campaigns. After 3 months of money down the toilet, we ended our contract, took the campaign management back and taught ourselves how to manage our ads. We should have demanded a refund.... live and learn.
