Nothing, after six months they became very slow to respond and the ads were sloppy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Disruptive Advertising? They don't hold themselves accountable for poor performance and don't deliver on what they promised. I was supposed to receive my ad creatives after I canceled their services, and they refused to send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Disruptive Advertising: I would recommend using someone else. They are a typical ad agency, they start off hot, but when they don't results or, in my case, when the results start to get worse, they don't have an answer and focus their resources other places. The most helpful thing about Disruptive Advertising is that the staff are all experts in their field. Whether it is email content creation or digital advertising on various social media platforms, Disruptive Adverting has always provided excellent work in everything they do. DA has once or twice overstepped the mark when implementing policies (and it's higher management, not the day-to-day folks who have always been excellent). Paid Search is a significant revenue-generator for us, but managing and monitoring it across many different markets within the US & Canada is more than we can easily handle. The folks at Disruptive really take the time to understand our business and our goals, and work to achieve those while also making sure we understand the best practices, and the actions that will help us get those results. They are quick to respond to communications, provide regular reporting, and are on the ball with watching our campaigns. I think I would have liked to have been more included in what the actual ad creative and copy looked like from the very beginning, so I could ensure that we were going in the right direction from the start. What problems is Disruptive Advertising solving and how is that benefiting you? We were trying to acquire as many new users as possible – we set a goal of 50,000. I wouldn't say we came anywhere near that, which, in part, is why we discontinued social advertising.
