What do you like best about Displai?

We've been using Raydiant for a couple of years now, so I thought I'd update this. We still love it! It is working great and our clients comment on it all the time. It's also very easy to update our display board "on the fly". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Displai?

I wish it were easier to schedule individual slides instead of putting them into playlists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Displai?

I love how the software integrates with out Toast menu so I dont have to re-invent the wheel. Our menu changes every month so its great to have the two software platforms sync to each other Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Displai?

Its a bit more complicated to use than expected for more enhanced displays but for my basic static menu its pretty straightforward. Also, I have to restart the unit every couple of weeks when it glitches. Lastly, the integration between toast and raydient isnt as smooth as advertised and I did have to create a whole additional menu on toast just for raydient but once set up it works well. We have a variety of POS integrations to choose from. Whether you are using Toast, Clover, Square or NRC, we have you covered. The perk of the integrations is that they update your menu screens in real time. Once you update your POS inventory, those changes are reflected on your screen.

What do you like best about Displai?

The ease of being able to quickly update my menu, from ANYWHERE, was a driving factor for us to join Raydiant. Setting up a menu that was set on a schedule to change daily reflecting static weekly specials was easy and seemless! We have to use this every day, and the site could not be easier.

I do not use the integration of square on the site, but I can see how others would find it helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Displai?

There are a lot of features that I would consider using that are behind a paywall. And while I understand that it is because they are using other companies proprietary IPs, I feel like some of that should be included, considering the Price Point of this software to begin with. Our goal has been to help our users communicate with their customers in an effective and efficient way. Our users are able to do so via our Raydiant dashboard which allows for editing and publishing content from one source to many screens and locations. Not only is it easy, it's also a lot of fun!

Integrating Raydiant into our day to day operations has been very easy. They are simple to install and navigate through. I love that I can change my Raydiant screens from anywhere. What do you like best about Displai?

How you can create just about anything in PosterMyWall, share and download the content, and use it in other places besides the Raydiant platform. This tool was a game-changer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Displai?

I wish there were a way to send out mass texts for communications and track the analytics.

I wish in the multizone that, you could display zone 1 bigger and have the option not to use zone 2.
