As long as I have my laptop, I can solve oru problems. Getting the units here, installed, and runnig was a breeze. We already had a few screens in our space, so now that everything is on a Raydiant box, we can do SO MUCH MORE! Adding video and moving elements has changed our game completely. Not only do we use them every day for our own shows, when people rent our building we are able to seel that space to them. These have paid for themselves many times over. **What do you dislike about Displai?** Uploading can take a long time, and I will sometimes have to cut the power to the units to to a hard reboot. Their customer support is pretty good, and I like that I can talk to a real person. **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our signs used to be printed and stood up on easles. It looked rough. Now everything is slick and glossy, and befitting our space. Getting recognised for the deals rep's closes plays a huge role in their motivation and performance improvement that we can clearly see. We always wait for their new releases, although we may not utilize all their features, but it's good to see how much they are trying to improve our experience. Our CSM Annette Broussard is fabulous! She addresses and resolves our issues very promptly and effectively and always makes time for us. I will also appreciate their support here who always jumps in when Annette is not around. **What do you dislike about Displai?** The support is great and the tool is performing well. Of all of the tools we use, Annette with Raydiant Hoopla is by far the best CSM we work with. She has a keen eye for knowing whether it makes the most sense for me to drive the conversation or if she needs to step in and show me first and build something for me. I never feel as though she is doing everything for me as she strikes a perfect balance of teaching and empowering while also understanding when something we need to be built has a deadline. She moves with both urgency and keeps her calm. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful all at the same time. Raydiant allows our team to be able to keep track of where they are with their metrics and allows us to display that information in creative ways. **What do you dislike about Displai?** In the flow of creating channels, I think more prompts would be great to include that content creation all in the same place: one central location. Having to start with uploading a report from Salesforce metric you go to one place, then creating a metric you go to another place, then a metric newsflash takes you to another place, and that is all before creating the channel which is done in another place. I like that there are separate places to store those separate components, but when it comes to actually creating the thing, it would be nice to be able to create each step in the same place. **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Raydiant helps us gamify sales and keep track of sales performance. It allows our reps to be able to physically see where they are at in comparison with their monthly goals, whether they are in the office or working remotely. ### 18. We use Toast and was able to fully integtrate our Toast menu, including design styling to be fully responsive to our online Toast menu. We worked with a small team, including an incredible coder to make this happen. We continiue to receive weekly or monthly check-in's from them about how the service and tools are going. Once onboarded we are easily able to update our content or add new modules. Coming from using a usb stick with a jpeg to put our menus on the screens, this is a huge upgrade. The added bonus that it's affordable and no contract only makes this better. **What do you dislike about Displai?** We wish that there were even more enhanced features for resturants specifically. As this is mainly a business tool, I understand but they could really crush it in the hospitality space with additional tools that restaurants are looking for. The good news is that they have listed to our suggestions and may be including us in future beta testing. **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating into our main online menu so any updates we make are automatically updated on the lobby screens is worth the price right there. We also use a back of house screen to communicate daily sales, weekly tasks and inspirational messages to the team. ### 21. I wish in the multizone that, you could display zone 1 bigger and have the option not to use zone 2. Helped Increase Daily Special Sales! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** MeeSun B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2023 **What do you like best about Displai?** The reason I wanted to try Raydiant in the first place was to minimize printing NEW menus every time we had a "daily special", as well as being in the restaurant industry, I know that our guests "eat with their eyes" FIRST, and having a PDF menu (and wasting so much paper printing and reprinting daily specials), I NEEDED a SOLUTION that would help me SHOW the beautiful DAILY SPECIAL DISHES we prepare, and yet NOT print on paper! Once I launched Raydiant, and actually SHOWED PICTURES of our DAILY SPECIALS - it ABSOLUTELY Helped us INCREASE the SALES of our DAILY SPECIALS!! Before, our chef would be frustrated that "no one SOLD" the Daily Specials. Not only did Raydiant help with Increased Sales, but the backend tools is Awesome! It's easy and user friendly and I have TWO TV's connected and the 2nd TV is located in a Separate Room so-we use it to SHOW the LINK to our 24/7 LIVE FEED CAMERA, As well as I LOVE that it's connected to our Instagram and we show our DESSERTS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY RESTAURANT to USE Raydiant! **What do you dislike about Displai?** We continue to have issues with the "accounting" - there was a point when we would receive INVOICES Every Day for 2-weeks, and then we would CONTINUE to receive weekly and monthly notifications that our invoices were PAST DUE (and we are NEVER LATE for ANY of our vendors)...so our CPA for weeks and months TRIED CALLING and EMAILING SOMEONE in ACCOUNTING to let them know that we ALREADY PAID the invoices that Radiant keeps saying we were PAST DUE and there is NEVER ANYONE that responds. Very Frustrating - Also I had some small issues and questions about some of the templates and HOW to use, but I can NEVER reach anyone in Customer Support - actually there seems to be NO Customer Support. I contacted the ORIGINAL Salesperson who SOLD me the Radiant solution and he told me he was fired and had not worked for over year - such a shame - he was a HUNGRY Sales person and He was the reason I FINALLY Decided to TRY Raydiant. CUSTOMER SUPPORT NEEDS to be BETTER (or at LEAST HAVE Customer Support) - SOMEONE who helps resolve the ACCOUNTING ISSUES and Someone to show me how else I can BETTER use the tool. We both gave us and just use what we know and try to figure out the best we can. I do get a feeling that perhaps Raydiant is not doing well in business and I'm concerned may go out of business - that would be a SHAME because I LOVE the tool! **What problems is Displai solving and how is that benefiting you?** See my reponse from the first paragraph.
