Notifications for service calls have same message as for delivery. Wish there was the ability to have two different messages; if there is that ability I am not aware of it. I am told that a service customer receives a message that says their delivery is scheduled for such and such a window. That can be confusing when they are only getting service. What I like best about dispatch track is the ability to track drivers, keep record of customers, product, gps, it allows you to upload images, edit information, back track drivers, keep record of timing, arrival, late arrivals and etc. There are calling features to call customers ahead of time, customers are able to sign receipts for proof of delivery. The only thing I disliked about dispatch track was sometimes it will take a while for some information to load, or the timings will be a little off. Majority of the time there weren’t many cliches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too Many great features to list! However, the best ones are the ability to route customers over a delivery line in many areas.
