In the dashboard you will find information about how many deliveries were on time, how much was delivered or returned. Customers can easily see where the goods are located and see a time window in which the parcel will arrive. **What do you dislike about DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software?** The tracking on the map is a bit inaccurate, often roads are missing. I don't know if this is the problem with the gps from the devices or if the program has a bug. You can track your delivery vehicles and if something happens you can react accordingly in order to still be able to fulfill all orders. When delivering products you can also let the customer sign digitally so you dont have that much paper usage. The dashboard is well structured and contains a lot of useful information, such as deliveries, open orders etc. **What do you dislike about DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software?** The mobile app looks a bit outdated, but it still makes its job. Perhaps they should focus a bit on the design in order to make it more attractive. **What problems is DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating delivery routes, tracking the delivery guys and their trucks, increase the effectivenss of our delivery processes. ### 3.
