DispatchMind is job management software for service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, locksmith, cleaning, lawn care, pest control, moving, towing and more than 80 other trades. Pick your trade when you sign up and it comes set up with your job types, job fields, checklists and a starter price list. Run the whole day from one place. You get a jobs board, a dispatch board, a calendar and a job page that holds the money, notes, photos and history. Techs get their own app and see only their own jobs, and you decide what each one can see and do. Estimates and invoices come from your price book, and payments run through your own Stripe account. Collections keeps every open balance in one list, oldest first. Nellie, the AI dispatcher, works inside your jobs. Ask her a question in plain English, tell her what to change, or let her answer the phone and book jobs when you can't. The built-in phone gives you a business number, calls and texts in the app, voicemail drops, a dialer that calls up to 5 people at once, and call masking for techs. Reports, commissions and tech pay are worked out from your own jobs. Automations handle follow-ups, and color tags show what each job needs next. Recurring plans and routes cover route-based work, and crews and pickup/drop-off addresses cover moving and towing. It works in any browser and on the iPhone app, keeps working without signal, and comes in 18 languages. Plans are month to month, with a 7-day free trial and no card needed.
