Dispatchly is shipment audit software for e-commerce brands, 3PLs and fulfilment centres that ship on their own carrier contracts. It finds the parcels your carriers delivered late, lost or damaged, and files the refund claims for you. Every carrier makes delivery promises in its service terms. When a parcel misses that promise, the shipper is often owed a refund or credit. Almost nobody claims it: the deadlines are short, every carrier has its own portal and process, and nobody on the ops team has time to chase claims one parcel at a time. So the money stays with the carrier. How Dispatchly works: 1. Connect your carriers. You add your own carrier API credentials. Dispatchly supports 380+ carriers worldwide, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. Credentials are stored encrypted, scoped to claim activity and revocable from your dashboard at any time. 2. Monitor every shipment. Each parcel is tracked against the SLA of the service it was shipped on. 3. Detect and file. When a breach is confirmed, Dispatchly collects the evidence and files the claim with the carrier before the deadline, then follows it up. 4. Recover the money. The carrier pays the refund or credit into your own carrier account. You keep 100% of it. Also included: - Carrier scorecard: grades every carrier on on-time rate, damage frequency and claim resolution speed, so you can negotiate with data. - Helpdesk integrations with Zendesk, Gorgias and Intercom. - A monthly PDF report, including a modelled CO2e figure per shipment for sustainability reporting. - Managed integrations with order platforms, shipping tools and warehouse systems that expose an API or webhooks. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on parcel volume. There is no success fee and no percentage of what we recover, which is where most audit providers take 25 to 50 percent. Plans start at EUR 899 per month (Growth, up to 10,000 parcels), with Scale and Enterprise plans for higher volumes. See dispatch.ly/pricing. Dispatchly is a Dutch company that started in the UK, built for shippers in Europe and the UK.
