Dispatchly turns missed calls into booked jobs. Its AI receptionist answers your business line 24/7 — including nights, weekends and peak season — qualifies the caller, checks availability and books the appointment, then sends confirmations and reminders automatically. Unlike bolt-on answering services, Dispatchly is a full front office: estimates and photo estimates, invoicing, scheduling, business IVR, speed-to-lead follow-up, ZIP-code marketing, payroll and an AI-built website, all operated by voice. Built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping and cleaning contractors who are tired of paying for five disconnected tools. Plans from $99/month, 14-day free trial, no long-term contract.
