User Friendly **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2019 **What do you like best about Dispatch?** I love that the scheduling for the day can be displayed and navigated while simultaneously booking another job. Also the software updates in real time so I know how to help my craftsman in their current situation. **What do you dislike about Dispatch?** The least helpful is the invoices get mixed up for the job displayed. If i look at an invoice then switch to a different job and look for their invoice, the last customers invoice i looked at will appear in this customers job. It can be confusing, I have to open all invoices listed to find the one I'm looking for. **Recommendations to others considering Dispatch:** If you are looking for an easy to use software that has text capability and effective organization, then this is the software to go with. **What problems is Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Dispatch we are able to stay up to date with mobile and text messaging technology.
