What do you like best about Disk Drill?

Disk Drill is a very simple to use program for recovering files. I found it to be very helpful in recovering some deleted files off of an SD card. It didn't get everything but that's no fault of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Disk Drill?

I'm not quite sure how they could possibly make it even more successful in file recovery but that's of course would I'd like to see. I'm happy with the product as-is, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great For Creating Boot Drives and De-Duping"

What do you like best about Disk Drill?

First, Disk Drill is fast. I just de-duped 2TB of data from an external drive, and it took less than 10-minutes to scan, analyze and reveal 32GB of duplicate data.

It can also create dmg backups, as well as do data recovery on Mac, Windows, Android and iOS devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Disk Drill?

I have yet to find anything negative about Disk Drill. Perhaps it may not be granular enough for some needs, as it's pretty much a one-button wonder; but for me, it does exactly what I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You know if you need this. Data recovery is big business. For less than $100, this is the first place to start, before spending thousands on a data recovery service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accidentally emptying the trash, then realizing a needed asset no longer exists can be devastating. Disk Drill lets me recover those lost files. It also lets me free up drive space by finding duplicate files that I can quickly get rid of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Disk Drill?

Disk Drill Basic is a great free program, that is very easy to use. You can run a scan of your device to find out which files are recoverable. You'll be able to undelete protected data, backup failing disks, and preview your recovery methods. The app works seamlessly (across all popular Windows platforms: 10, 8, 7, salvaging lost and damage files on external and internal storage devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Disk Drill?

To obtain all that Disk Drill really has to offer, you will most likely be paying for the pro version. As with all recovery software it won't always be 100% able to recover your files, this also depends certain variables of the user like how much they used their computer after the deletion. What do you like best about Disk Drill?

Ability to monitor the health of disks and get notified when it will become faulty. Recovery boot drives, ability to recover deleted files, make DMG images and backing up iOS devices are very nice to have in the same app as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stats about disk health doesn't say much for non-professional, so you may have to Google it's meaning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Disk Drill?

Well, I can't think of anything I dislike other than it costs money? It is worth the purchase though, we have used it many a time at our company to help recovery important files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Disk Drill is our go-to tool when someone has a flash drive or external drive corrupt its self and we need to go looking for those lost files.
