DishPatch is an AI-driven phone ordering and QR table ordering platform designed to streamline the ordering process for restaurants. By integrating advanced artificial intelligence, DishPatch enhances customer interactions, reduces wait times, and optimizes operational efficiency. Key Features and Functionality: - AI Phone Ordering: DishPatch's AI-powered voice agent answers inbound calls, takes customer orders, provides menu and allergen information, and transmits order data to the restaurant's designated kitchen system. - QR Table Ordering: Customers can scan QR codes at their tables to access the menu, place orders, and make payments directly from their mobile devices, minimizing the need for staff intervention. - Order Payment through Stripe: An optional feature that enables restaurants to collect payments from customers at the time an order is placed over the phone. - Data Security: DishPatch implements TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance to ensure the security of customer and restaurant data. Primary Value and Solutions: DishPatch addresses common challenges in the restaurant industry by automating the ordering process, thereby reducing human error and labor costs. The platform enhances customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate order handling, while also providing valuable data insights to help restaurants optimize their operations and menu offerings.
