The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the ability to archive and search within the recordings and transcripts is very helpful. It's also great to be able to combine live interviewing with asynchronous activities. Respondents generally seemed to be able to join sessions relatively easily, and the tech support was good when there were minor issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have more flexibility in structuring the asynchronous activities and facilitating different types of input from respondents, though it's possible that I just haven't fully learned how to use it properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your comment on async activities, you may have seen in our latest winter release, that we've just announced quant style questions for asynchronous activities, in addition to our existing open-ended question types. So, you'll be able to ask respondents multiple choice, rating, or ranking questions and receive the data visualizations post-survey to help you better analyze the data! If you're interested in learning more about this new capability, please reach out to your dedicated Discuss representative!
Thanks again for your thoughtful review, and don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s ever anything we can assist with!
