For the Personal Meeting Room, moderators who are project owners, editors, or collaborators with a seat can open the room anytime from the project overview. If not, someone on the project with access can start the room and share the link so the moderator can test things ahead of time. Feeling prepared before a live session makes a real difference, and we want to support that!

For iPad users, screen sharing works through the mobile screen sharing option rather than standard desktop sharing. If you haven’t tried that yet, it may help.
