We’re glad setup felt easy and that having live tech support available gives you confidence during sessions. Reliable audio and video matter, especially in HCP research. For iPad users, screen sharing works through the mobile screen sharing option rather than standard desktop sharing. If you haven’t tried that yet, it may help.
