The app is well designed and easy to use. It doesn’t have any unnecessary fluff. I can be

in and out in 10 minutes with the data I need to run my sales campaigns. I love the fact

that there are no usage limits, and I don’t have to worry about paying extra for cell

phone numbers or direct phone numbers. Its also great that the data is updated every

few weeks and they tell you the exact time the data was updated. Considering it's all

usage based validation, I trust the accuracy of this data way more than if I was getting it

from somewhere else.

It's also cool that the information is made fresh every few weeks, and they even tell you when they did it.

Because of how they do validation, the data is more accurate than if I got it from some other vendor.

With its well-thought-out design, this app makes it simple to access what I need, free

from any unnecessary extras. In as little as 10 minutes, I can gather the information

required to drive my sales efforts. What's more, I value the absence of any usage limits,

and the fact that there are no hidden charges for phone numbers. The regular, bi-

weekly updates to the data, coupled with the exact timestamp of the last update,

enhance my trust in its accuracy. It's a more reliable source than others I've come

Lack of global data. DiscoverData is focused on the US market, so I have to find global information through other sources. An expansion in integrations would be a welcome addition.

European and Asia data from other providers. More integrations would also be nice, but they are working on a faster connection to make integrations easier.

Global Data: Limited; DiscoverData is US-centric.

Discoverdata is a pretty good platform, easy to use fairly fast search.

DiscoverData is easy to use and extremely quick to learn! I am able to find the data I am looking for easily and quickly and get on with my day. Data is necessary for my sales development process and DiscoverData saves me hours having to manually search linkedin, or using google searches for finding the right people. Things they can improve:

1. CRM & Browser connectors can't come fast enough. (current release date is end of August 2023.

Nothing serious to call out. it could get better with more enterprise integrations but its currently good enough to run massive campaigns. It's great to see the progress they have made considering the fast pace of technology evolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been building out an outbound sales function and getting reliable data at a reasonable cost was an issue that we had before finding DiscoverData. With the product we've been able to spin up an effective system based on accurate information on job titles, seniority, phone numbers, email addresses and more. For a small sales team the price is right and we feel comfortable that we'll be able to grow our usage without having to find a cheaper vendor down the road. Added support for smaller company data would be helpful and expanding the geographies that are covered is something that would help to improve our experience. Overall the negatives of the product aren't super significant for our own use case today, but as we start reaching out to customers in countries outside North America, additional data for small and mid-size companies globally would be helpful. I am an independent biz dev producer at my company basically doing end to end sales development. DiscoverData came on my radar via a colleague and its been helping me get infront of the right prospects. I run a multi-touch cadence via email, social and phone, so having the ability to get all contact details without havina go pay extra is key! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DisoverData does not yet integrate with our internal CRM system. To be fair, we do use an obscure and small CRM system so not too many tools integrate with it. That being said, for my use case it does what it says on the label really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
