While tagging and searching usually get me to where I want to go, there seems to always be duplicate information and no way to determine which is the 'newest' or 'validated' answers. Discourse is a simple yet great software for ANY sized online communities. I like the fact that it is easy to navigate, great design, simple layout and is FAST. When I first started using it, it took me some time to navigate through it and get used to the features. However, once I got used to it I found it super user-friendly. In addition to providing a nicely organized forum setting for discussions, Discourse also has powerful search and categorization features, allows for file attachments and polls, and supports integration with various other tools and services. Discourse can also be used as a knowledge base for your team or community, and can be set up as a customer support platform, intranet, or even a paid membership site for monetizing content. We understand that it may seem redundant to have another communication tool, but Discourse's versatility makes it a valuable addition to any organization or community.
