I would like to learn creating bots with python for discord

These 3 major texting apps are all good, but I just can't seem to choose which one to use most.

I can't seem to find that anymore on Discord anywhere.

Is it ok to use PHP to create the discord bot and is there a nice tutorial that I could follow?

I am in a few group chats and I get spammed with messages and notification sounds. Is there a way to manage that ?
