It is intuitive -- even for the partners at a law firm who may not be as tech-savvy. I can get at the information I need quickly and with less frustration. The biggest hurdle to using DISCO is the fact that it costs more per GB than competitive products. However, I believe this is outweighed significantly by how fast and efficient DISCO is. If there is something I cannot figure out myself, the Disco University is an excellent site for help. The few times I have had to speak with a representative, they have been so knowledgeable! Simple, yet Powerful" 5/5 What do you like best about DISCO Platform? Our firm started using DISCO in 2017, and we haven't looked back. Many eDiscovery solutions are robust but come with a hefty learning curve. DISCO isn't like that. I can give some basic training to new users and get them up and running in under 30 minutes. We can train them on additional features as they get more comfortable with the platform. DISCO's analytics are powerful and help the user find the one document (or batch of documents) they're most interested in seeing. Lastly, DISCO's support is top-notch. We found that the DISCO eDiscovery platform was very intuitive. The team particularly benefited from the tagging feature so that senior members could target their review and save the client money. The DISCO team were always on hand to answer any questions. The pricing was fair and transparent which enabled us to give certainty to the client. We felt that it would have been beneficial for the native folder structure to have been retained when ingesting documents into the platform - this was the documents could be reviewed in a more organised way. As a paralegal in a complex tort case currently consisting of 239 Plaintiffs, 5 related actions and 50K documents or more, DISCO makes the daunting task of finding documents a breeze. THe learning curve was a cinch, and the "Search Builder" tools make it easy. In a 2-3 minute search, I am able to locate/download/print any document sought. Additionally, the ability to create review stages and allow our experts direct access to the documents, frees up space on our servers, and allows our experts to enter their own notes. Access to "help" tools and personnel is unparalled and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to have my question(s) answered. There are so many features I could go on and on about i.e., overlays, tagging, and foldering, in DISCO but there's not enough room or time for me to do it. Oh! May I mention how quickly and seamlessly exhibit lists and privilege logs can be created just by running document reports and making the edits in Excel. In short?
