Great and affordable choice for email marketing **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2020 **What do you like best about DirectIQ?** They have very responsive customer service and the free layouts are fantastic. Their site is also extremely user friendly. **What do you dislike about DirectIQ?** Application is slow at times and customer service never had a solution for it **What problems is DirectIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enabled us to reach more people with our emails, without difficulties. Unfortunately some emails ended up in spam folders but we had that problem with other email marketing services too. ### 2.
