DirectHote is vacation rental software that connects travelers with property owners across France for direct bookings. The platform operates as a dual-sided marketplace where guests browse and reserve guest houses, cottages, and independent homes while owners manage seasonal rentals. Search and filtering capabilities allow users to find accommodations by amenities, location, and travel preferences, including private pools, romantic getaways, family-friendly spaces, mountain chalets, and beachfront properties. Secure payment processing handles transactions between guests and hosts. Direct communication channels enable coordination throughout the booking process. Property verification through municipal registration numbers helps establish listing credibility. Owners access tools for reservation management and can create dedicated booking websites. The platform stores data infrastructure in France and supports accommodations ranging from coastal retreats to heritage estates.
