My company switched over to DirectEmployers a little over a year ago and it has been one of our best moves yet! DE is an exceptional platform. As Federal Contractors we must adhere to a plethora of compliance regulations and this platform allows us to do so with ease. Also not to mention their extraordinary webinars! The educational and training piece is truly unmatched. I appreciate them keeping us informed as governmental changes come down the pipeline. Couldn’t recommend them more! One downside is that there is SO much to understand and track and that can be difficult to keep up with. You'll need someone on your team that can keep tabs on your DirectEmployers relationship - it's not a full time role, but it needs to be in someone's direct purview.
