Our entire team is able to track their individual efforts and outreach to be stored and compiled in one convieant place. Prior to the tool, we were using Excel spreadsheets and forgetting where they were stored, or forgetting to update all together. The outreach tool has really been a game changer for us! DirectEmployers strives to meet the needs of its members and offers customer service like no other organization I have worked with. They understand the services they offer and the needs of the member. They are proactive and were the first to alert us to a service disruption due to a change on our website that impacted the data feed which prevented us from being out of compliance and are extremely responsive when you have a question. If I had to come up with something, it might be the lack of integration with our ATS and other systems.
