They understand the services they offer and the needs of the member. They are proactive and were the first to alert us to a service disruption due to a change on our website that impacted the data feed which prevented us from being out of compliance and are extremely responsive when you have a question. **What do you dislike about DirectEmployers Association?** If I had to come up with something, it might be the lack of integration with our ATS and other systems. It is helpful that they scrape our site but to access reporting you do have to log into their site. **What problems is DirectEmployers Association solving and how is that benefiting you?** DE ensures we mee the VEVRAA job listing requirement.
