Our team relies on this panel to manage all of our business and client sites. The best part is how lightweight it is; even when we get sudden spikes in traffic, the server doesn't lag or freeze up. Also, the one-click SSL setup is a massive lifesaver because it takes care of site security automatically without us having to configure it manually every time. It gets annoying jumping back and forth between the admin dashboard and individual user accounts when you are trying to fix a quick issue. It just feels like too many steps for simple updates. What problems is DirectAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you? Before this, we were overpaying for clunky control panels that were constantly eating up our server memory. Switching to DirectAdmin fixed that lag immediately. Our websites are loading much faster now, and because so many of the basic maintenance tasks are automated, our team easily saves 3 to 4 hours of tedious work every single week. DirectAdmin is great for most of the actions and tasks you need to do when managing a website. The interface is easy to use and there are lots of options for users of all levels. "Direct-Admin, an easy to use website control panel" 4/5 What do you like best about DirectAdmin? The best thing about Direct Admin is the whole lot of extra settings you can do regarding out of office on your imap or pop3 mailbox. Next to that you can create template customers regarding the size of the hosting package. Ideal to setup multiple products on one platform. Further more the tech is quite basic, we can let junior admins manage the DNS, mailboxes, websites etc. There is no senior admin needed to do all the administrative tasks. If I have to name one its the dash you might forget to tick if you employ your own on premise exchange server but host your site and contact form on direct admin.
