The ability to manage your web files through Direct Admin, which is basic thing that all the web hosting software should do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DirectAdmin? Used it for my WordPress website. Finding files, especially when i needed to delete files due to space, was a nightmare. Unlike Cpanel where you know for sure the location of your files through the softaculous installer, the WordPress installation on direct admin won't be there in softaculous, I don't know why it's hidden. Not much. Maybe the colours are OK. But not a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DirectAdmin? Ok, here goes. It's not a great control panel. It lacks many features and extensions that are readily available for other control panels. This included things like daily off site backups. It's not easy to use. If you do need paid third party support expect to pay at least double other panel rates. Sales seem uninterested in getting sales, which is their entire purpose. DirectAdmin support is so bad they don't even answer the question you asked. DirectAdmin really is a case of you get what you pay for. If you find cpanel too expensive you'd do better using webmin, but if you want to pay the small saving DirectAdmin offers isn't worth the hassle and lack of support it brings with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
