What do you like best about Direct Mail for Mac?

The first thing is does the app do what you need it to do. Check. The second is...everything else. Is it easy to use? Yes. Is it stable and reliable? Yes. Getting back to the first point the interface is very, very well-designed. The best applications are those you can learn to use easily just by diving in and using them. Direct Mail for Mac is just such an app. To this date I have never had to go to their website to search for answers about how to use their app as I wanted to use it. The choice of templates is more than sufficient and adds polish to all of your mass correspondence. With minimal effort you can create a very professional looking email that will create a very favorable impression of you and your company. Ample tools are also provided to personalize your message, which will greatly enhance its effectiveness, especially if your goal is to evoke a response from the recipient. What do you dislike about Direct Mail for Mac?

Sometimes when I've copied and pasted from a Word document into a message, and chosen match style I've gotten some unexpected font type results. All that's required when that happens is to select the affected text and apply whatever changes in font and type you desire, but it's something to watch out for. Recommendations to others considering Direct Mail for Mac:

As I've already said, I really can't think of anything significant to fault about this product. There is always room for improvement...for ANY product. That goes without saying. But compared to its competition I think it would be difficult to find it sufficiently lacking that it would adversely affect someone's ultimate decision to buy and use it. What problems is Direct Mail for Mac solving and how is that benefiting you?

This app is absolutely essential for connecting with multiple potential clients of any number quickly and efficiently. It allows for a level of personalization that would simply not be practical or even possible with a standard email client. The built-in feature that allows for opting out of future mailings is not only essential, but is similarly not available in my regular emal client (Outlook for Mac). Easy updating of the recipient's email address (by the recipient) is another nice feature of this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
