What do you like best about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

The software is fairly intutitive and it's easy to connect two different systems that rely on two different file transfer protocols. It's easy to setup as well and when we've had an issue, we typically see that it's fixed in an update shortly there after. We use this software daily to handle many integral file transfers. What do you dislike about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

There are some features I'd like to see implemented, such as different file names for different target destinations in the same transfer job and the ability to archive to more than one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

We really like the system's ease of use. Being a web-based interface made the adoption by our financial team really streamlined. Administrators can pre-configure all the technical elements for the users. This makes the user experience as easy as clicking on a single button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

We don't have any real complaints at this time. The users love it compared to the old makeshift method of using manual steps and Filezilla. Ultimately, we are happy with the product and would definitely recommend it for secure file transfers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

Diplomat MFT is easy to learn and quite powerful in setting up automated file transfer workflows. But it is not complex at all. And the price cannot be beat! We do not have a lot of transfer jobs, but they are very important to our business and I trust Diplomat MFT to get the job done right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
