It's very easy to drive even my five year old can do it. The configuration page is very intuitive and the manual is well organised to read. It really helps that the file transfer jobs are all in one place and eliminates "old school" file transfer scripts scattered in our environment. Also, it just works with any file storage location you can think of, be it on-premise or in the cloud.
