We found the registration and setup process with other providers to be complicated and time-consuming. With Prelude, however, we were able to input our parameters and start sending OTP messages globally right away. This ease of setup is a huge value when you need to move quickly and efficiently. **What do you dislike about Prelude?** I honestly can't say there is anything I dislike about the product. It blows everything else we have used out of the water. It is simply an outstanding and great product. **What problems is Prelude solving and how is that benefiting you?** We struggled significantly with our message delivery worldwide with the providers that were available to us. Prelude reach out to use after seeing our complaints online, at first we were skeptical thinking they woud just be "another SaaS tool." However, after a great demo by the sales team and a very useful trial of their product, we decided to give their solution a try, and we haven't looked back since. Prelude managed to solve our delivery issues giving us a 95% delivery rate up from our former 65% delivery rate. ### 2.
