Dinevate is an all-in-one restaurant technology platform built for independent restaurants. It combines a restaurant website, direct online ordering, a branded mobile app, loyalty and rewards, email marketing, delivery operations, catering tools, an order manager app, and Dinevate Voice, an AI that answers the phone and takes orders using the restaurant's own menu. Instead of a monthly software subscription, Dinevate charges a one-time $499 setup fee; the platform is paid through a small customer-side service fee on orders. The Dinevate team builds and launches the website, ordering, and marketing for the restaurant ("done for you"), and the restaurant owns its customer data: names, emails, phones, and order history stay with the business, not a marketplace. Dinevate is built for owners who want to reduce dependence on third-party delivery apps, take more direct orders from Google and their own site, and turn first-time guests into regulars.
