DineMio is an online reservation system and table management software for independent restaurants. Guests book a table through the restaurant's website, Instagram or Google, also when the restaurant is closed, and the team sees every reservation and table on one screen. Online reservations, phone bookings and walk-ins go into one reservation book, with list, timeline and calendar views and separate lunch and dinner services. Features include a floor plan (which can be built from a photo), live table status and table linking for larger groups, guest profiles with labels, allergies and notes, confirmation and reminder emails in seven languages with a link for guests to change or cancel, a booking page in the restaurant's own branding, reservation rules (booking window, group size, time slots), holidays and closures, and staff accounts with roles. Data is stored on servers in the EU. One price includes all features: EUR 49 per month or EUR 490 per year excl. VAT, with no setup fee, no cost per reservation and no contract. 14-day free trial, no payment details needed.
