DineBills is a restaurant POS and management platform with a point of sale that keeps working offline. The POS runs on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS and keeps taking orders, printing receipts and kitchen tickets and accepting payments when the internet is down, then syncs with the cloud back office. It includes a waiter (order-taker) app, kitchen display system, customer-facing display, order status board, rider app, online ordering store, QR table ordering, reservations and waitlist, and loyalty. The back office covers menus, deals and modifiers, AI menu import from a photo or PDF, recipes and food cost, inventory, suppliers and purchase orders, expiry batches, a central store for branch kitchens, expenses, a staff time clock and more than 60 sales, tax and stock reports, for one location or a chain. In Pakistan, sales are reported in real time to FBR, PRA, SRB or KPRA with the authority's invoice number and QR code on the receipt. DineBills serves cafés, bakeries, quick-service and full-service restaurants, cloud kitchens, food courts and caterers in Pakistan, the United States and Canada.
