I like that there are many options for working with data and process-based information. The ability to take large datasets and analyze them quickly with repeatable scripting and an easy-to-understand language is an amazing value. Utilizing output from those analyses into an end-to-end process for documenting project objectives and risks adds tremendous value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it was clearer how Galvanize's toolsets work together, and I would like to see more intuitive interfaces for the user. Also, performance on relatively simple operations in Results and other HighBond modules needs to improve. More clarity about how the tools work technologically would be incredibly helpful, as would more robust documentation and help on integrating Galvanize's toolsets with other powerful tools for analysis and visualization. I would like the ability to more effectively use the tools without having to rely on expertise from Galvanize. Training and other resources on how such tools as Python and R can be used alongside Analytics/HighBond/etc. would be a great area to build out, as I don't currently see a lot of information out there about those areas. I would also like to hear more about how Galvanize's products can integrate with Power BI and Tableau. We also have noted, however, that the tools can be unstable and take too long to complete operations, sometimes crashing.

Edit: Diligent has acquired Galvanize. Other tools, like Arbutus and Alteryx are gaining traction as alternatives, mainly due to a lack of feature growth with Analytics/HighBond and some uncertainty about the corporate/technical direction with Diligent's products (Analytics, HighBond, etc.) after they acquired Galvanize. The likely direction is for Diligent to go away from the proprietary Analytics scripting language toward the use of Python within an "HCL" (HighBond Command Language) product; once that happens completely, this review score will decrease further, as technical users could simply create Python code and have better collaborative/interactive/robust reporting much cheaper, and non-technical users will be unable to develop with the tool or easily gain insight through analysis of the data via front-end. The powerful value this productset still contains is directly tied to the ACLScript programming language and its ability to process large amounts of data with quick insights for non-technical users...features that are accessible more and more by other products. So, once Diligent loses ACLScript, the remaining products, such as HighBond Results and Robots, will still be decent, but will lack in value significantly compared with other data analytics toolsets. If you're building a new data analytics solution, I wouldn't use Diligent's products unless something changes in perceived corporate direction with their analytics tools. I would suggest considering Alteryx if you have the budget or Arbutus Analyzer if you need to be very cost-conscious. If you have Analytics/HighBond solutions now, I would recommend looking into converting to another product within the next 6 to 12 months, as many of our Customers have done or are doing now. This review saddens me greatly, but it is my honest assessment. I've been an ACL/Galvanize/Diligent product user for 30+ years and am forever grateful for their products and the amazingly positive impact they have had on my career.
