The piggyback onto ACL desktop version allows now for more visualizations and easy to navigate interface. **What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform?** I disliked the GUI although it has made massive improvements from ACL. **Recommendations to others considering Diligent One Platform:** Be weary of considering Access before ACL. It is an absoutley terrific workpaper tool for our audits. First, a little background. I spent just shy of 10 years in public accounting at a big four firm doing attestation and internal audit work for clients. Then I started my own firm and we were at a loss of how to efficiently organize, prepare, share, sign-off, and archive our audit work. ACL GRC does all of these crtical and necessary parts of the audit workpapers. It is the most efficient workflow system for audits (external or internal audits), hands-down. Our firm uses this SaaS offering everyday for our audits. It is simple to use. Competing products often suffer from unnecessary complexity and relatively steep learning curves. I have used practically all the other products out in the market to some greater or lesser extent. It is always available and we have never had a problem. All you need is in Internet connection and not even a fast one at that.
