I like using Diligent One Platform for its 'Results' and 'Robot' features. We schedule Robots to run monthly, and this automatically starts Results once the output is available. This setup helps management to regularly verify and report exceptions, and identify potential exceptions that could cause adverse effects in operations. I have to spend a significant amount of time searching the Diligent Documentation to find the release notes. The Diligent One Platform is an all in one platform that allows me to have a single pane of glass view of my organization's risk profile and audit and complaince status. The ability to automate audit tests of controls and create continuous monitoring over key risks has created significant gains in efficiency and allows me to know that I am auditing the right things at the right time. The agility of the plaform has also allowed me to seamlessly integrate the first and second line into our risk/complaince program, creating an end to end solution that provides value and insight across the organziation. Diligent has also been an excellent partner in adopting new features and driving innovation. There is no two linking between the work paper and record of work performed. If an issue applies to more than one entity in an audit you have to retype the issue for that next entitiy.
