In order to create a comprehensive report, several free text steps require the user to type the details of the issue in their own words, which may be overwhelming to the reporter in some instances. Really valuable to hear your feedback. One of the ways we differentiate ourselves is by increasing the routes that employees can come forward through GoAnonymous, GoAhead and GoTogether(TM), so it's great to hear that you're seeing value in those multiple channels.
I totally appreciate your comments about keeping the reporter's experience front and centre of the reporting process, and we've tried to find the right balance of making sure the reporter feels psychologically safe to report (ie they can skip steps if they wish), while ensuring the report comes through with enough detail so that you can have a quality report to begin your investigation.
