"Vault is essential for any organisation"

What do you like best about Vault Platform?

It's easy to use and it has a clean interface. It's easy to make an account and add in emails, texts and whatapps to document what's happened. The privacy of each user is paramount and when dealing with sensitive information like this it's essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vault Platform?

Our approach is very much to keep the employee at the centre of the user experience and we are deliberate in our approach. We do offer a web browser version, but it may not be available through your organisation at this time. It may be best to check your company's internal policy documentation, as that's where it's often referenced.

What do you like best about Vault Platform?

The Resolution Hub is straightforward to manage, run, and administer. I also like it from the employee side - it's super straightforward and doesn't require any training. Just share the links, download the apps, and you're off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vault Platform?

I wish there were some more automatic routings. For example, if it's a certain kind of issue, like harassment, it would be great if it went to a specific person. Right now, any given case topic can still be routed to any case manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Vault Platform:

I think Vault has a more human voice and approach than some of the more traditional whistleblower platforms out there. I think it gives a great mix of seriousness with ease of use and great UX, which makes it perfect for our org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vault Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trust, in general, is what we want to instill internally. We heard some feedback that employees perhaps didn't feel that their concerns in the past were taken seriously. This adds a lot of trust to our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best implementation process ever!"

What do you like best about Vault Platform?

The app speaks by itself. It's an enabler for transparency, communication and accountability. But they got me with an amazing implementation process, fast, robustly supported and complete. We made a whole two weeks from yes to launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for this feedback, and we're so glad that you've been able to build trust with your employees and provide them with psychological safety to come forward. While the chat messages are part of the case record and available directly within the platform on every case, we agree that having them on the PDF export would be useful and have added this onto our product roadmap. It should be out soon!

It's so simple to use. Easy to access data and intuitive to use. You can talk to those wishing to report an issue, and it provides customised fields to tailor reporting to your company's needs. What do you like best about Vault Platform?

I feel like I can sleep better at night knowing our people have this direct open line to our HR/Legal team. The psychological safety of knowing you can remain truly anonymous and get immediate responses is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
