Vault is very clear on what your selections mean and what level of anonymity you will have. **What do you dislike about Vault Platform?** I was shocked that there was not a desktop interface (NOTE: I learned this was an implementation choice on the part of my company and Vault has an offering here we do not use; updated review from 1.5 to 3 stars). Given the nature of the tool, you are expected to supply evidence and long-form responses. In most cases these will have been recorded or stored on a computer. Pushing people to enter on a mobile form causes rework and a bad experience where you can not do submission in a way that is intuitive and easy. **What problems is Vault Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to report incidents. ### 2.
