It is a simple process to create a template, an agenda, and manage users and groups. **What do you dislike about Diligent Community?** I don't think it is a downsize of Community directly, but the migration process from BoardDocs to Diligent Community was not an easy process and had many challenges. I find the platform to be mainly intuitive and user friendly. **What do you dislike about Diligent Community?** There were some features removed comin from Boarddocs. Such as viewing the live action votes as soon as they are recorded, locking agenda items as they are being edited, user access seems to create more access compared to before. Also our minutes software seems to freeze up often causing delays in recording votes/minute taking during a live a meeting. **What problems is Diligent Community solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me the product seems to be working for education as needed for our public agendas, with some minor issues in agenda building.
