Very easy to use, simple, and has a large capacity for information storage. It was very easy for staff to add information before meetings, and very easy to approve or reject information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Diligent Community? One of the biggest cons we experienced with BoardDocs was the user experience for searching information. There was no logical search order and no way to modify how the search appeared. It could have a document from 2015 next to a document from 2008, and you would have to enter each document to figure out which document was actually relevant. Information for Board meetings is crucial to follow a logical order that allows for video add in for public perspective. It is very easy to add in the video concepts of each board meeting and time them to each item. I do wish the video was searchable instead of embedded into each meeting direclty.
