I appreciate that Diligent Boards makes our board meetings simpler and more organized. The ability to annotate and highlight documents during our discussions is helpful in the ability to have more productive discussions. However, there are adverse inconveniences such as slow synchronization of files from the Diligent Boards to the other device if one is on the move. I could only add that I also felt that in terms of the appearance of the dashboard, it could have been designed to be more personalised depending with the institutions requirements. Everything is going well with Diligent. I love the modern look and feel of the application, its ease of use and the frequent updates. I like how easy it is to create new workboard and copy and upload documents and even replace or delete them. I can also easily register certain documents within the workbook with just a few clicks.
