Diligent Boards offers an intuitive, customizable dashboard, which allows me to easily pick tasks in my list. Me for instance, dragged and dropped the agenda items on changed priorities has made our meetings prep really fast. The game changer for the integrated document management is not that everything is instantly accessible, but that all of the necessary materials are reduced to one place and drastically reduced time spent searching for papers. The software has a lot of features but the learning curve for new users is quite steep. Potential initial adoption might slow down if this is not tech savvy language. Also, there need to be more robust functionalities in mobile app to cover all the functionalities of the desktop version for engaging in productivity on the go.
