For example, it is rather convenient because I like it when I can open the site on my tablet and be able to work on it offline. The ability to link with our services email and calendar systems for nomination makes for better scheduling while the security implication makes it safer to use store sensitive information. **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** As for me there are some cons of Diligent Boards The main con I can pinpoint is a rather difficult setting up phase at the beginning. This took time since we altered the illusion in the way we desired and some aspects of the interface are not immediately intuitive. The mobile app also eventually can be slower than the desktop app, which will be inconvenient if you need a document during a meeting. **What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Among the biggest challenges that Diligent Boards helps to address is the challenge of document management and protection. As the management process has been made easier with regards to its accessibility and sharing it has improved the flow of meetings on the organization. Diligent has a clean, crisp appearance and is very easy to navigate. Our board members have diverse backgrounds and everyone was able to catch on to Diligent with ease. Also, the Blue Team (support) is AWESOME! **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** Diligent is a bit pricey and though it's a great tool, many organizations, especially non-profit organizations, may not be able to afford it. Then add in some of the extras and the price is a way too much. I also don't like that we can't insert videos or links to videos. It's 2024 and videos are an integral part of many presentations. I hope Diligent finds a fix for this. **What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Diligent solves having to print paper copies, edit them, and re-print them. DIligent allows for edits on the fly which make my job a lot easier. It also saves the print shop a lot of work. Diligent also allows our board members to access their board materials whenever they want in a secure way. We have to lock down our information and Diligent makes that easy. ### 24. Due to the simplicity of the application, it allows the quick opening of documents. The customer support is also very dependable, since one is always available to provide assistance. I must admit this software has made a great impact on easing our operations, and it has even reduced the time taken to prepare for meetings. However, the number of features offered meets almost every requirement one can have. **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** The only concern that I have with Diligent Boards is that their mobile app is very slow sometimes, which becomes annoying if I want to review papers on the go. This has affected our work sometimes, in the way that we were not able to make snap decisions as we would during our meetings. It also is somewhat significantly deprived of features that can enhance document editing within the application, which means that we need to use other apps to do final corrections, which is not very convenient. **What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our board and its meetings have never been the same since we integrated Diligent Boards into our operations. Whenever there is a problem about disorganized papers and files Diligent Boards deals with this by bringing all paperwork under one roof and that is very helpful. This gives me a convenient solutions to deal with meetings, make notes, and even track tasks using this software. It is easy to navigate through the platform as it does not require complicated skills and can be easily used by every member of the board. On the same note, the interaction of the with our calendar and mail system has enhanced our calendar and communication tremendously. In conclusion, that software has been instrumental in enhancing the productivity of board meetings amongst our team. **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** The only drawback that can be distinguished regarding Diligent Boards is that its mobile application may have some issues, so the working with documents in smartphone or tablet may take longer. These glitches have at times caused inconvenience and slow operations especially when one needs to go through read material before some meeting. Thirdly, the cost of the software is relatively high and this is an issue concerning our budget and financial ability in funding the commodity. The transition and implementation went very smoothly. The system is very easy to use. Board and Committee meeting materials are archived and can be easily accessed for reference. Annotations can be made and stored temporarily and privately and are erased some time following meetings. It is easy to print pages or sections when desired. The communication of sections being added for board or committee meetings is flawless and all members receive the information at the same time. It's very quick and easy to shift to a specific page when a question arises during a meeting. We also have a Resource Center where governance documents, important communications, analyst reports, organization structure, SEC filings, budgets, and other pertinent information is easily accessible. There is a notice for specific files when updated. I have not utilized customer support frequently, mainly when adding or changing a device. When I did call for help, it was readily available and quite competent and helpful. **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** When sections are altered, the new section doesn't contain any previous annotations.
