It's also quite user-friendly **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** Poor administrator experience and lack of planned enhancements in this space. We are a government entity and subject to financial efficiency expectations and premium cost of Diligent despite its lack of solid time-saving features for administrators is a HUGE negative. The only reason we're not actively looking to move providers is because our directors do not support the effort in doing so **What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides governance platform for our exec, boards and committees to use ### 2. VERY complicated to get access to the boards (took me over a month). This has helped me as a first time board member to keep track of what is happening elsewhere. **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** Lack of licence for edit only permissions. The system only give admin or director rights. There is an in-between permission needed - for committee secretaries. These have responsibilities for managing the documents for their respective meetings. Admin right is an overkill, and board rights are insufficient. We need someone with permissions to create meetings, create agenda, and upload documents. **What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digitising board meetings. The system allows us to remove printed and hard copy documents, and enables online board meetings. This has enables saving in travel cost. ### 16. It's glitchy. I don't like that when you click the "back" page, it goes back to login not the previous screen. I do not like that you cannot delete groups. **Recommendations to others considering Diligent Boards:** This is the best tool I have found, but it can be frustrating.
