I explored the platform briefly and liked the clean user interface, organized layout, and structured approach to handling investor questionnaires and documents. It appears to centralize and simplify a process that’s often messy and email-heavy. **What do you dislike about DiligenceVault?** Since I haven’t used it extensively in a live use case, I can’t fully evaluate its performance. However, from a new user’s perspective, a more guided onboarding or sandbox/demo access could help better understand the platform’s full potential. **What problems is DiligenceVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** DiligenceVault aims to streamline the due diligence process by centralizing questionnaires, data collection, and document sharing in one platform. Additional features that would improve cooperative work include simultaneous document editing or incorporating real-time communication tools like instant messaging to colleagues. **What problems is DiligenceVault solving and how is that benefiting you?** DiligenceVault is a solution to traditional paper approaches to fund due diligence, as it provides an online platform to manage and store Investor documentation.
